Hi there all!! We are starting our Easter break today until Tuesday so that's...........let me see..........5 days off from set. We are still shooting "Real World" which heavily features Tori. The script is very smart, with alot of unexpected surprises.......I just signed a contract to appear at a convention in Austrailia in July.......15-17. Jason Momoa will be attending the con as well and we will perform a fight or two on the stage in addition to the other things going on. Gotta go to a movie now!! Ciao!

What movie are you seeing?? that's about the only comment I have....you can't say you're seeing a movie and not say what one, inquiring minds wish to know! :-)
Great to hear from you again!!I am so excited to hear you are coming to Australia!!! I was hoping you would come in October when Rachel comes so we could see you both in action! But now I know you are coming in July I will have to look into buying tickets for that con too!!! I just hope I can afford it, being a poor student and all LOL!! Any chance of Ivon maybe coming too??
Well have a great break and hopefully I will get to meet you in July!!!
Hugs Erin

Im sorry but I kinda have to agree with Chloe on this one, James I would love to meet you but if you are coming for the BOBW con I just cannot afford to pay those kind of prices! I guess I will have to start playing lotto and hope for a win!!! Or as Chloe suggested it would be great if you came back in October with Rachel that would be AWESOME!!!

Guys, please don't be put off by the pricing. BOBW have revised their original pricing and may not have updated the pricing on the website. Give them a call and double check before you decide and possibly miss out on a potentially great con! BOBW conventions may seem more expensive than other cons, but believe me they are the best and most professionally run cons I have been to - and NO I don't work for them!!
And here's a little sweetener - Dan Shea and James are holding a workshop on the Friday which should be great - if your into that sort of thing!

I was so excited when I saw that you would be coming Down Under in July Bam Bam, but after seeing the above posts thought I would check with the organisers and find out the prices etc for the event. And after reading their reply I have to agree with the others, as much as I would kill to meet all of the guests, the prices which BOBW are charging are quite large, and I can not justify spending that amount especially when unless you buy one of the higher range tickets you are not even guaranteed a photograph or autograph with the guests.
I really do hope I get to meet you one day Bam Bam and I'm sorry that it won't be in July, as I will be sticking with Friends of Science Fiction Convention Company for Sydney cons, at least their prices are resonable and their cons are fantastic!

I think you guys really need to have a good look at how much it costs to attend ANY convention overseas. Don't forget that these guys have to be flow in all the way from Canada/US. Yes the world is getting smaller - that is until you have to get on a plane!
Also BOBW have 8 guests attending and FSF currently only have 1 - so you do the math!
Sorry to use your blog for a rant Bam Bam, but I believe a reality check is required by some.

Thank you again for posting. It does mean something. And yes hopefully someday I could meet and thank you in person but that is doubtful. Here's to a great season!

Hi ! It's the first time I read your blog. However I'm glad you spent a nice Easter week (in spite of me...)! What was the movie you watched?
Big kisses from France !
NB (1): I'm totaly aware that my comment is useless but I support all my lake of inspiration ! NB(2):Sorry for my poor english !!!
UK dude! Damn, I need to start pestering Bryan me thinks... :oP
Heh heh...Jason - he's a riot at cons. I'd pay large sums of money to see him again - especially sitting on the guests like he did. You want to ask him about the sweets that were given out at P1... *laughs* Oh, and the beer...because there's a secret to getting cold beer...
Don't know if you'll read this but yes, I heard from BOBW that both you and Jason are currently slated (in addition to the two Dan's) to appear.
I would really like it if you did come as I live in Sydney and BOBW cons are a blast! I'm sure Paul and the Davids had nice tales to tell. :)
Well, I've just had a lovely 4 day easter break where I went swimming practically everyday because of the gorgeous weather... (yes, I'm shamelessly selling Sydney here!).
And another way of enticing you; here's a pic of where I go swimming (obviously my pool's not in the pic as I'm facing the bridge): http://pics.livejournal.com/mcalex22/pic/000f468h/g130
Lots of sun, great blue skies and even gorgeous weather (most of the time!)...
Do you know what the con is called? And, perhaps what part of Australia? it's vetty big.. :P GAH! better not be Canbera . . . it's booring there. Except you can legally buy Fireworks... so go there, bring some back to Syd :) Torri and Amanda will both tell you Sydney is more fun :)

Hey BamBam,
Its nice to hear that your coming to the con. I might see you there.
You should look into climbing the bridge and going jetboating. If you want to go skydiving I know a great place! :D
Have a great Easter!
