It's a new season - April 11 2007

Well hello...
It has been awhile since my last blog, and I thought I would check in and say hi. (if anyone is reading this.)
It has been quite busy for me over the last few months, and besides taking off to Brazil for a little R&R with the family, I pretty much worked straight through the hiatus. Most of the time was spent producing "Behind the Mythology of Stargate SG-1" for MGM which will be airing this Friday at 7pm on the Sci-Fi Network in the States. I think you should all watch and make sure to tell a friend, and ask them to tell ten friends... you get the picture. Oh, and make sure they all stay on to watch the first episode of the back ten of season 10. (For all you Canadians and Europeans, it will air sometime.)
I also had the pleasure of taking my camera and heading to the Arctic with a small Stargate crew. That was a trip of a lifetime, really something special. Watch for a full DVD special feature on the experience. I can't explain what it was like to live on an ice flow for close to a week... I tried to forget that underneath the 5 feet of ice that we were living on was 12,000 feet of water. I couldn't talk about that without giving a huge shoutout to all the U.S. Navy folks we met at the station and on the Submarine. Also, all the great people of the Applied Physics lab from the University of Washington... U-DUB!!!!
Season 4 of Atlantis is underway... stay tuned for updates on the season and updates from the SG-1 movies.
Also... maybe a little LOMWASWIS this season.
Cheers,
Ivon

It's good to hear from you again Ivon. We were starting to wonder if maybe they had you locked up in a little room somewhere editing behind the scenes footage in some kind of neverending loop. Loved the Behind the Mythology special and I can't wait to see what else you've got up your sleeve.
