ZERO POINT THREE SECONDS
GIPSY, GATEWORLD FORUM MODERATOR

Wednesday, March 1

Blimin 'eck, it's March already?

It's March. It is March. It is already March. Two months have already gone. Where? How? What is this joke played upon us that time speeds up as you get older?

I missed Stargate night with the girls - again. Poor little thing, Baby G is ill again this time with a streaming cold. And it sounds like it was a great night. Pancakes, as it was Shrove Tuesday, and something fun to do with tossing?! I barely got to see any of the episode itself, as Baby G was so fretful. It looked good the little I managed to see, so am looking forward to it.

Snow in London today, and lots of bright winter sunshine. It is very cold, but fresh. Loverly.

There's far too much fragmentation going on in the forum for me. I like to discuss episodes, that is what drew me online. I don't want to post opinions only in threads that are dedicated to that particular viewpoint. What I want to have, and read, are dissenting points of view, so I get a new insight into an episode I may not have thought of, and can have an adult, agreeable discussion agreeing with some, disagreeing with others. And all having a jolly nice cup of tea and cake in the Off Topic folder afterwards.

We've got heavy snow this morning. Phoned Mum from work, telling her to leave the dog for me to walk. I could see no point in her getting cold and wet, when In have to walk some of the way home.

Bob loved ploughing through the snow! He's a west highland terrior, so the snow reached his belly. But he had fun!!!!

Light snow only in London, and none of it settled. I'd love to see what Baby G made of proper snow. The one time it did settle, and I showed him the garden out of the window, he just looked so amazed - completely astonished!

Well, I won't even tell y'all what it's like here? Oh heck, yes I will. It's sunny, in the mid 70's and everything is starting to bloom. And it's only Mar 2.

Sorry little guy's sick again. Hope he's better soon.

Okay sorry I deleted the last comment when I saw how bad the spelling was so lets try again.

Hope Baby G gets better soon.

I so agree it would be nice to have more threads were one can discuss the pros and cons in an adult fashion. I learn from both the good and the bad.

yes Baby G is better. He is bouncing and full of beans again and making up for lost time. Eating like there's no tommorrow and refusing to sleep (sleep? that's for wimps!)

WOO HOO glad to see here in the comments that Baby G is better again... good for you little guy :-)

I so wish we could get the whole concept of *discussion* across to people and the fact that I like A but don't like B but am estactic over C can all fit into one thread.....but you have been doing this ALOT longer and would know how the ups and downs go...so you tell me LOL can it ever happen???
