GIPSY, GATEWORLD FORUM MODERATOR

Fact not fiction

MajorClanger is a pink furry rat who is biased against Jaffa Cakes and is always allowed to post nasty things about Tiny Clanger without the mods doing anything despite everyone I know complaining.

There. I've written that in my blog, so therefore it must be true. I haven't provided any facts, but then you don't need me to. If I've said it, it must be true. There is no point in you going to the trouble of actually finding out if these things have happened. Instead, the next time you see that pesky Major Clanger, you'll be quite stern with her after all she deserves it.

Update: well I have heard from a number of people that they did indeed give Major Clanger and her supporters exactly what they deserved. They actually got modded for it. It just goes to show how biased and unfair the GateWorld mods are. These MajorClanger supporters go bashing people left right and centre on Clanger Moon Chatters board, but when we stand up for ourselves at GateWorld we get told off for it. GateWorld clearly supports Major Clanger, and deliberately stomps on anyone who dares to be a Tiny Clanger supporter. If you don't believe us go try it yourself. If you post nasty things to Major Clanger's supporters, even though their actions are quite beyond the pale on other forums, you'll get stomped on by the heavy handed mods there who can't bear to hear any criticism of their beloved Major Clanger.

What on earth are you going on about?

It was tongue in cheek :-) A reflection of every fandom spat there has ever been. Every time it is exactly the same, with exactly the same things being said (just insert new fan group here), and the same things being said about the mods. I've been in the fandom for five, almost six years now, and it is getting a tad boring!

I must point out that MC is not furry but knitted, is not a rat but a Clanger, that she does like Jaffa Cakes and has never actually said a bad word about Tiny Clanger (that I'm aware of). She is pink though, and does have tiny pointed teeth - I can show you the scars...

You forgot to mention how incredibly cute I am...

I'm just patiently waiting for the heavy handed mods to show up here... oh wait, this is unmoderated, right?

*reveals glinty, pointy teeth*

That Tiny Clanger - everyone thinks she's sooooo clever and cute and lovely, but there's no substitute for age and experience and anyone with half an ounce of brain could see that she's just on the show as eye candy...

I am getting really annoyed by the constant in-fighting between the pro-Blue String Pudding crowd and the Pro-Green Soup crowd. Why does it have to be one or the other?

As for Major Clanger....!!!

Ah eye candy...can we start a Tiny Clanger thunk thread?

It is blue string pudding all the way! Anyone who thinks that green soup is better is clearly deluded...

Iron Chicken Rules!

Major Clanger laughs in the face of Iron Chicken... and stomps on the toes of Tiny-Clanger-ites... phoey.

Green Soup rulez. You know it makes sense

*polishes spoon*

And never mind a Tiny Clanger thunk thread (the very idea makes me rofl) - what you need is a Major Clanger Appreciation Society.

*evil grin*

I just can't believe that you got away with calling her a PFRT even in jest. MC must be losing some of her edge now that she's "retired". I wonder if the spoon is getting rusty from misuse? ;)

Green pudding is the best. Anyone with an ounce of discernment would know that.

sigh, you all obviously have no taste. Green pea soup. Ugh. Whereas blue string pudding - it is pudding and it is blue. Need we say more?

*sees MC polishing her spoon, starts to dust off her naquadah armour*

I miss Major Clanger and her spoon. It always dished it out so fairly and evenly. Everyone who knows anything knows what a pain Tiny Clanger is...I mean honestly, what show are you all watching?????? Tee hee!
