What a wonderful thing! To be asked to write a Fan Blog on my most favorite site on the Internet. AND to be able to talk about my most favorite shows on the TV these days AND to share with you some of the world ... Tame style (grin).

First lets all pronounce the name right LOL its Tame with a long e. So, you say it just like Tammy but you spell it Tame.

I first found StarGate as a movie and almost missed out on it as a series all because I had a Fruit-Loop neighbor. You know the one I am talking about? The one that you don't want to be mean to because they are really just trying to be nice but most of the time half of what they say is really rude and a lot of what they do is really presumptuous. But they are so nice about it and have that look on their face like "What??" when you ask them why??? Well she also liked Sci-Fi and over-heard my husband talking about how StarGate was going to be coming out with a series on Showtime. NNNOOO was my first reaction. I would just not watch it. No way, no how Nope! Why? Because I knew, she would be there with bells on without even asking.

But alas my need for good Sci-Fi won out and we did order Showtime and yes my neighbor showed up as expected about 5 minutes before the show started. LOL and so my StarGate saga began. I have been a Stargate fan ever since.

I didn't realize there were "Fan sites" 2003 and I began looking for people like me ... you know who I am talking about ... YOU (grin). I was driving my family and friends nuts discussing all the little things about the show and what I thought was going on and what I thought should be going on. And NOW here I am almost 3 years later completely enthralled with GW as my *Home away from Home *

So hopefully I will be entertaining (grin) and "Enlightening" ... hence the title of my blog and I hope we all have fun traveling through that "Round Spinny Thing."
