Creation Entertainment's official Stargate convention in Vancouver is the biggest fan event of the year ... and we wouldn't miss it! The second annual event took place this year from March 24 to 26 at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown, drawing hundreds of fans from all over the world to the home of Stargate.
This year's guest list included Amanda Tapping ("Samantha Carter"), Michael Shanks ("Daniel Jackson"), Joe Flanigan ("John Sheppard"), Beau Bridges ("Hank Landry"), Gary Jones ("Walter Harriman"), JR Bourne ("Martouf"), Cliff Simon ("Baal"), Alex Zahara ("Michael,"
"Xe'ls""Kor Asek," and many others), Dan Payne ("Kull warrior"), John Smith (executive producer), Martin Gero (writer and co-producer), James Bamford (stunt / fight cooridinator), Bruce Woloshyn (Rainmaker digital effects supervisor), and William Christensen (Avatar Press editor-in-chief).
