Wolf Events announces 'Galactica One' event
SATURDAY - MAY 7, 2005

Wolf Events will host "Galactica One," a fan convention in the London area this fall, the company has announced. The event will take place October 7 to 9 at the Thistle Heathrow hotel.

Guests scheduled so far include Tahmoh Penikett ("Karl 'Helo' Agathon") and Sam Witwer ("Crashdown"). Weekend passes are currently on sale for £65.00 (children £30.00). Visit WolfEvents.com for all the details!

Meanwhile, the new-and-improved Gatecon fan-run convention will feature several actors from Battlestar Galactica, which films in Vancouver, British Columbia (where the event will be held). Tahmoh Penikett ("Helo"), Aaron Douglas ("Chief Tyrol"), Alessandro Juliani ("Lt. Gaeta"), Kandyse McClure ("Dualla"), Alonso Oyarzun ("Socinus"), and Lorena Gale ("Elosha") will attend, along with actors from Stargate SG-1, Andromeda, and other genre shows.

The original series's Richard Hatch ("Apollo" -- "Tom Zarek" in the new series) and Dirk Benedict ("Starbuck") will also be at the convention!
