Major Davis returns for Atlantis finale

Major Paul Davis of the Pentagon will be paying a visit to the Pegasus Galaxy in the series finale of Stargate Atlantis, GateWorld has learned from reliable sources.
Little is known about "Enemy at the Gate," the one hundredth episode of Atlantis, but the title implies volumes. Speculation abounds that it will involve the nemesis introduced in the Season Five two-parter, "First Contact" and "The Lost Tribe."
Actor Colin Cunningham declined comment on involvement in the episode, but did say that he would be "delighted and proud to continue on as Major Davis in the exceptional franchise that is Stargate."
The actor garnered quite a loyal following during the series run. Davis was introduced in Season Two's "A Matter of Time," and his final appearance for the series was in an altered reality in Season Eight's "Moebius, Part 1," for a total of 15 episodes.
Cunningham also made a surprise cameo reprising his role in the direct-to-DVD feature, Stargate: Continuum, as a favor to Director Martin Wood, who wanted a prominent guest star to lead the camera to SG-1.
