The official Stargate prop and costume auction house is now taking pre-orders for their first live auction catalog to coincide with a landmark auction this September in Seattle.
Propworx will be auctioning off more than 850 pieces of Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis memorabilia, from the entire SG-1 travel Stargate to Elizabeth Weir’s “big reveal” Replicator costume (“Be All My Sins Remember’d”) and even Harmony’s victory painting (“Harmony”)!
This hardcover catalog features nearly 400 full-color pages of the Stargate auction items in detail, including descriptions, conservative sales estimates, rare set photos and exclusive interviews with production personnel.
The live auction will take place September 25 and 26, 2010 at the Science Fiction Museum in Seattle, WA, according to the press release which came out today (see next page). A preview day will be held September 24. Bidders will also be able to take part in the auctions online. Propworx will be publishing details on how to pre-register for bidding in the coming weeks, over at StargateArtifacts.com.
Propworx has also just launched an online store front where fans can buy nearly 20 different production-made SG-1 and Atlantis items direct, while supplies last.
GateWorld has included a few sample pages below to wet your appetite! The complete catalog (sans interviews and set photos) is available for preview here. You can also pre-order it here!
Stay with GateWorld in the coming days for more exclusive looks at some of the live auction items which will be available for purchase!

I am planning on going. I started a thread on the GateWorld forum at http://forum.gateworld.net/threads/76567-Propworx-Stargate-Live-Auction-Sept-24-26-2010-Seattle-WA?p=11840248 to try to meet up with other GateWorlders that are going too.

If only I lived in Seattle, if only I didn’t have school, if only I had the money to buy a 700 dollar wristband with Joe Flanigan’s sweat on it… :P
Emily, I don’t think that I can afford a bid that would win anything but I look at it as visiting a prop museum.

I’m just down the road! I will be there with a group of people! I cannot wait!
Aw, how can they say there will be an Atlantis movie if they throw out props like this ? It’s sad…
Plus there is a typo in the catalog p12.
OMG, they cut the Atlantis gate into parts like sausages :((
@mmu_man They could use CGI or rebuild props for less money than what they sell for.
