A chancellor of P4M-328. Attius attended a reception at a museum with other members of his people, coinciding with SG-1's visit through the Stargate -- on display at Cicero's museum.
Following a lockdown of the museum, SG-1 was forced to take the receptionists hostage. Attius offered himself to the "rebels" in the hopes of freeing the others. Colonel Cameron Mitchell declined.
