Native of the people beneath the surface of the frozen planet P3R-118. Kegan became friends with Karlan (the suppressed Dr. Daniel Jackson), and encouraged him not to befriend Jonah (Colonel O'Neill), Thera (Major Carter) and Tor (Teal'c). Kegan often served food to the people. Dispite the fact that she lived in a rugged environment, she managed to maintain a striking beauty.
