Satedan military officer and former Task Master of Specialist Ronon Dex. According to Ronon, Kell was responsible for several infantry divisions on Sateda, and during a Wraith attack ordered thousands of Satedans to their deaths just to save himself. He and his family eventually settled on Belsa.
Kell traveled to Belkan to trade arms with the locals. At the request of Teyla Emmagan he met with her group to trade, but at the last moment discovered Ronon was part of that group. Dex shot him on sight.
