Female from the planet Argos. Kynthia engaged in a marriage cake ritual with Colonel O'Neill, effectively making him her husband. O'Neill soon became susceptible to the nano-technology developed by Pelops, effectively sealing him on the world until a cure could be found.
Kynthia and O'Neill traveled beyond the field of power emanated by Pelops' ancient machinery, allowing the two to remain conscious even after they should have fallen to sleep. Discovering the pedestal of Pelops was the key, it was destroyed and the technology was examined and disabled.
Kynthia allowed O'Neill to return to Earth, with a promise to one day return.
