Sergeant stationed with SG-14. His unit visited the planet of the Lasarians in the hopes of establishing peaceful negotiations but Jaffa activity forced both his unit and SG-15 to evacuate.
Lewis was one of the few, if not the only, member of SG-14 to survive after the return to Earth. Astor and Graham had become za'tarcs off-world, and Blasdale was killed by Graham at a Tok'ra negotiating table, when Graham's true colors asserted themselves.
