Member of the council security detail on P4M-328. Malay was the first on the scene with troops after "rebels" had taken hostages in a museum. Promising to fulfill any demands, SG-1 requested a medical team to enter and tend to an injured trooper. Instead, Malay took the opportunity to try to disable the team, and failed.
