Cimmerian citizen who witnessed the takeover of his world by the Goa'uld Heru'ur. Olaf blamed SG-1 for the destruction of Thor's Hammer, which allowed the Ettins to take control and kill and enslave their people. But under encouragement from Gairwyn he reluctantly participated in a reconnaissance party with the Earth team, leading them through Heru'ur's Jaffa security nets. Olaf was beside himself when SG-1 offered themselves up as captives of the Goa'uld, only then truly realizing that they were prepared to make the ultimate sacrifice to save his people.
