A major in the U.S. military, responsible for recording elevations and mapping the naquadah mines on P3X-403. Not knowing that their survey team had trespassed on ancient Unas burial grounds, Ritter met his fate when an Unas dragged him away to be tortured, slain and put on display as a warning to others.
