Ancient Egyptian man. Salatis and his brother, Katep, arrived in Giza with plans to travel to the temple of Ra and make an offering at their god's feet. Ra, however, was not impressed by the box of trinkets, and killed Salatis out of their worthlessness. This loss was a contributor to Katep's rebellion against Ra, when he and Dr. Daniel Jackson successfully rose up and drove Ra from Earth five years later. PLAYED BY - FIRST APPEARED - Moebius, Part 1
