Ambassador of the Terranian people to the nation of Kelowna on Langara, Sevann was present at the Kelownan Stargate facility to ensure Terrania did not fall prey to the occupying forces of the Goa'uld Anubis. He admitted that Terrania stole naquadria from the Andari Federation to bribe Anubis's troops, in the hopes of stopping them from raiding their continent. He is amazed at the presence of the Stargate and the Tau'ri which, until now, his country never knew existed. With the defeat of the Goa'uld and the formation of a tenuous new alliance between Kelowna, Terrania and the Andari Federation, the three governments formed a Joint Ruling Council.
