COLD DIALING PROGRAM
Program developed by Major Samantha Carter , designed to search through coordinates which have previously not completed a chevron lock to determine whether or not a Stargate has recently been unearthed. The S.G.C.'s dialing computer searches through established lists and periodically tests previously unconnected Stargates.
