Legends of the cave-dwellers on this world held true to the belief that the sun shield generator would generate a shield encompassing a substantial region of the valley where the inhabitants dwell. Two generators are required to create the sunshield. Upon activation each beam hones in on the other, draping the orange veil over the valley. KEY EPISODE(S) - The First Commandment - Jonas Hansen forces Carter to work on the sun shield generator, and she soon discovers two devices are required to make the sky orange.  |
