Stargate Command physician. Carmichael was on call when Teal'c found himself unable to exit the Foxtrot Alpha Six simulation utilising a modified virtual reality unit developed by Dr. Bill Lee and his team. He was forced to give the Jaffa adrenaline and emergency stimulants to prevent his heart from stopping. Because of the electronics plugged into the man, a crash cart could not be used.

Carmichael was successful in keeping Teal'c alive just long enough so that he could complete the simulation.
