Stargate fans will be treated to a double dose of episodes as the new Web series Stargate Origins continues its roll-out on StargateCommand.co.

GateWorld has learned that MGM’s new digital platform will debut two new installments of the Origins story each Thursday, leading up to a 3-part finale event on March 8. That starts with two new episodes today.

The 10-part series tells the story of young Catherine Langford (Ellie Gall), who pursues a group of Nazis in the hopes of rescuing her father. Each episode runs for about 10 minutes.

The Web series filmed last fall and premiered its first three episodes on Stargate Command last week. Here is the upcoming schedule:

FEBRUARY 22
Episodes 4 & 5

MARCH 1
Episodes 6 & 7

MARCH 8
Episodes 8, 9, & 10

Each episode fill be followed by a new installment of “Mission Files” on the site, taking viewers in greater depth on character backgrounds and points of connection to 24 years of Stargate mythology. Official episode recaps will also start next week.
