Gatecon’s history dates all the way back to 2000, when Stargate SG-1 was in its fourth season. Fans and organizers made it an annual event — but after the 2010 convention Gatecon went on hiatus. The band got back together for 2016’s event “The Homecoming.”In its history to date the non-profit convention has raised more than $300,000 for charities.
Tickets for Gatecon 2018 are still on sale at the Silver ($249) and Copper ($199) levels. Head over to Gatecon.com for more details!
