The Stargate franchise’s official digital platform recently unveiled a brand new selection of Stargate merchandise (via MGM’s online store). While limited in scope, these products mark the first official Stargate merch made available by the studio in several years.
Currently listed for purchase are two graphic tee-shirts, two mugs, a Stargate Command hat, and a 2018 Stargate Command ornament.
The recent announcement on Stargate Command also hinted that the store will expand its Stargate options in the future, telling fans to “stay tuned for new lines.”
Products will begin shipping December 14 to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Head over to MGM’s store now to pre-order your Stargate goodies!
Meh. Forget the cheesy merchandise. Bring Stargate back to TV, and make it a lot better then ORIGINS.
I made an inquiry about the shipping locations and whether they would be expanded at some point. I received a reply that stated they only ship to the USA and Canada (no mention of Australia or New Zealand). Considering the mail also recommended third party shippers, or friends/family in either countries, I don’t think Araca Merchandise has any intention expanding their shipping countries any time soon. @bazinga — that would be the inhouse design team of Araca merchandise. The people who are paying for the license fee for the Stargate Command merchandise (hence the generic design and lack of copyright images with regards to the franchise — that Goa’uld notwithstanding).
