Researcher in a museum on his planet (P4M-328). Cicero suspected for years that the ring in the museum, the Stargate, transported people to other worlds. He published papers and wrote a book, but his colleagues thought of him as a joke.
Fully supporting SG-1's desire to return through the gate, Cicero told the team what to tell the outside world in order to masquerade as rebels. He assisted in freeing the team after their brief capture by night guardsman Jayem Saran.
After SG-1 was permitted by Quartus to travel back to Earth, Cicero was aghast to discover the military intended to cover up the visit of aliens from another world. He was forced into silence when Quartus threatened to take his life from him.
Bad Guys - Cicero's theories about the great ring are vindicated by the presence of SG-1, but his satisfaction is short-lived when he learns the truth will never be allowed to reach the public eye.
