Hedda

Young inhabitant of the planet of the Cloister, born inside the planet's time dilation field. Hedda was one of the few in the Cloister who possessed the powers of healing (a power shared by many Ancients). She continually healed John Sheppard of his wounds after his bouts with the sanctuary beast.

Hedda and the rest of her village finally ascended when they stopped running from the beast and turned to destroy it, as Colonel Sheppard had suggested.
