Native of the people beneath the surface of the frozen planet P3R-118. Kegan became friends with Karlan (Daniel Jackson suppressed under a false personality), and encouraged him not to befriend Jonah (Jack O'Neill), Therra (Samantha Carter), and Tor (Teal'c).
Kegan often served food to the people. Despite the fact that she lived in a rugged environment, she managed to maintain a striking beauty. She was speechless when the mind-freed O'Neill blasted a hole in the ice-covered ceiling, revealing a livable, contained dome above.
