Sergeant at Stargate Command assigned to SG-14. Lewis visited the planet of the Lasarians with his unit in the hopes of establishing peaceful negotiations, but Jaffa activity forced both his unit and SG-15 to evacuate.
Lewis was one of the few (if not the only) members of SG-14 to survive after the return to Earth. Lieutenant Astor and Major Graham had become brainwashed za'tarcs off-world; and Captain Blasdale was killed by Graham at a Tok'ra negotiating table when Graham's Goa'uld programming asserted itself.
