Lourdes Malay

Member of the council security detail on P4M-328. Malay was the first on the scene with troops after supposed "rebels" had taken hostages in a museum. Promising to fulfill any demands, SG-1 requested a medical team to enter and tend to an injured trooper. Instead Malay took the opportunity to try to disable the team, and failed.
Malay was soon replaced at the scene by Quartus, Chief Negotiations Officer, who kept him on his team as a lieutenant.
