Hebridian captain of the Tritan. Shibo participated in the 59th Loop of Kon Garat. But his key systems failed during the first stage. Warrick advised him to siphon power from his regulators to boost shield strength as drone weapons bombarded his ship, but this was unsuccessful. Though grateful, Shibo had to drop out of the race early.
