Founder of Procyon Media Enterprises alongside William Blaylock. Evans had dealings with Alex Jameson, former CFO of Farrow-Marshall, following Jameson's takeover by a Goa'uld symbiote.
It is possible Evans was taken as a host as well. He was reported as missing.
