Kelownan scientist, colleague of Jonas Quinn and chief physicist who oversaw the Kelownan naquadria project on the planet that would eventually be named Langara. Tomis had been astounded by the power behind naquadria, and was present when the team of engineers took that power over the edge, generating a build-up that would have ultimately destroyed the civilization. At that moment, Tomis tucked tail and ran.
It is unclear if Lee was one of the scientists who were killed by the naquadria radiation, though it is doubtful.
