Major, commander of SG-3 following the arrest of Colonel Makepeace. He was ordered by General Bauer to P3S-452 to retrieve weapons-grade naquadah from a heavily fortified Goa'uld planet. He died in the attempt, but the rest of his team, including Teal'c, survived with a bounty of the mineral.
