Weather control ring

Device of unknown origin, capable of summoning violent storms of energy and lightning strikes in a relatively precise and targeted way. Anyone within range can be rendered immobile and unconscious for several hours. In its ability to immediately alter the surrounding weather the ring is similar in function to the Touchstone but capable of yielding quicker, more isolated results.
The ring was probably made by whomever constructed the healing ring, due to similar design. It is likely to be of Goa'uld origin.
