A predominantly government funded contractor headed by Henry Wallace and given the job to integrate de-classified military experiments into Earth-based medical technologies. They also make the subcutaneous transmitters implanted in S.G.C. and Atlantis personnel, so when Wallace has Jeannie Miller and Rodney McKay kidnapped he is able to have Rodney's transmitter de-activated.
