High security United States official who was responsible for going ahead of President Henry Hayes at Stargate Command -- ensuring that the base was completely secure for the Commander-in-Chief's visit. Because of the nature of his duties, Prior may be a member of the U.S. Secret Service.
Prior is on a first name basis with General Jack O'Neill.
