Lieutenant assigned to Stargate Command, part of Colonel Edwards's naquadah dig site on P3X-403. Menard was responsible for delivering crucial readings of a stronger concentration of naquadah that turned out to be a mine yielding approximately 53,000 metric tons of the rare and valuable mineral.
