Monroe (II)

Scientist who traveled to Atlantis for assignment aboard the Earth ship Daedalus. Monroe was working at a station on the ship and tracking down a problem in the computers (later to be discovered in the form of a Wraith virus) when the console gave him a lethal jolt.
