A frozen and desolate wasteland unable to support most forms of life. However, human inhabitants have established a bio-dome where part of their civilization thrives, and another part works themselves to death.
S.G. units sent to search the surface of P3R-118 have not been able to survive for extended periods of time, as the snow and deadly wind storms make traversing the surface a near impossibility.
