Radner
From The Stargate Omnipedia
United States military officer, a Captain serving under Colonel Dillon Everett. Radner directed anti-aircraft artillery at Wraith Darts during the second siege of Atlantis. The enemy aircraft, which poured out from the night sky, culled several soldiers for later feedings. Radner reported to Everett that several of the Darts had begun to make kamikaze runs on the city, their pilots beaming themselves into Atlantis.
