Lab assistant of Dr. Bill Lee at Stargate Command. He was called to Lee's lab when Bill suspected that Cameron Mitchell and Samantha Carter's sudden and mysterious disappearance was due to their having been miniaturized. Ronald and Lee fenced off the area and began to calculate the distance Mitchell and Carter could travel on "tiny legs."
In reality, Mitchell and Carter were kicked out of phase by Merlin's dimension shifting device.
