Gamma Site scientist who had a "mealworm situation" during the visit of the International Oversight Advisory. His troubles were a source of displeasure to his fellow scientists, as Dr. Myers was called to assist.
At roughly the same time R75 insects escaped from their confinement and overran the base. It is unlikely that Santiago survived the subsequent destruction of the Gamma Site to the facility's auto-destruct when R75 became uncontrollable.
