Sevaarin

Ambassador of the Terranian people to the nation of Kelowna on the planet Langara. Sevaarin was present at the Kelownan Stargate facility to ensure Terrania did not fall prey to the occupying forces of the Goa'uld Anubis. Under pressure he admitted that Terrania stole naquadria from the Andari Federation in order to bribe Anubis's troops, in the hopes of stopping them from raiding their continent.

Sevaarin was is amazed at the sight of the Stargate and the presence of the Tau'ri -- which, until now, his country never knew existed. With the defeat of the Goa'uld and the formation of a tenuous new alliance between Kelowna, Terrania, and the Andari Federation, the three governments formed a Joint Ruling Council.
