Trust operative who reported directly to Athena. Weaver was assigned to Vala Mal Doran, using Tok'ra memory technology to uncover her buried memories while host to Qetesh.
When Stargate Command broke into the Trust's location Weaver was captured and sent to the S.G.C. for questioning. Teal'c's persuasive techniques were able to convince Weaver to divulge everything he knew -- but this still wasn't enough to help SG-1 locate and rescue Vala..
