William Blaylock

Founder of Procyon Media Enterprises alongside Terrence Evans. Blaylock had dealings with Alex Jameson, former CFO of Farrow-Marshall, following Jameson's takeover by a Goa'uld symbiote. It is possible David Ballard was taken as a host as well. Blaylock was reported missing.
