Psychiatric hospital based outside of Washington, D.C. -- in Elizabeth Weir's mind, if not also in reality. The hospital houses an acute care unit for troubled patients, run by Dr. Adam Fletcher, as well as waiting area with games and Internet access.
Whether or not Willoughby Hospital exists it is almost certain the Asuran Replicator nanites fabricated the visage of Dr. Fletcher for their own purposes -- helping to control Weir and keep her preoccupied while the nanites spread through her system. In reality Dr. Weir never left Atlantis.
