Major, leader of SG-14 during the beginning of formal negotiations between Earth and the Tok'ra. Graham, unbeknownst to him or his team, had become a za'tarc, and was programmed to terminate Supreme High Councelor Per'sus. After missing his target, Graham turned the device on himself.
