Friend of Chloe Armstrong, Celina and Josh. Andy attended a Janelle Monae concert with his friends -- along with "Cousin Liz," who was Chloe in a traded body.

Not realizing he was actually speaking with Chloe, Andy confessed that he was sorry Senator Alan Armstrong had passed away ... mainly because Armstrong had promised to connect him with his associates on Wall Street.
