Major at Stargate Command and leader of SG-14 during the beginning of formal negotiations between Earth and the Tok'ra. Graham, unbeknownst to him or his team, had become a za'tarc, and was programmed by the Goa'uld to terminate the Tok'ra's Supreme High Councilor, Per'sus.
After failing to eliminate his target, Graham's programming forced him to turn the device on himself. He was killed in the resulting explosion.
